the road to god knows... and Indy Comic Book Week

Hi everyone,

I'm a late addition to the ICBW party, but I'm really happy to be a part of it. I've recently published a 148 page graphic novel called "the road to god knows..." The story deals with a teenage girl's struggle to cope with her mom's schizophrenia. Early reviews have been quite strong (see below) and I'm pleased as punch to be getting the book in stores in time for Indy Comic Book Week. There's a website for the book at http://trtgk.vonallan.com/

The cover (with ICBW logo on top just for fun!):

I also created a trailer with Creative Commons music that gives an overview of the book's themes.

Some early reviews:

Optical Sloth
: "...an outstanding graphic novel."

Jalopy: "Most definitely one of the finest graphic novels of the year, I think."

Sequential Tart: "The world needs more books like this."

The book is represented by Tony Shenton, so please contact him directly (shenton4sales@aol.com or 1-888-789-6147) for orders (though I'm happy to help if you have any questions, of course!).
